Your donations of a wide range of gifts enabled us to ensure that all of our gift requests were able to be filled, packed and delivered directly to the agencies to ensure that they will be given to the families. Your support most certainly brightened the Christmas of so many young children and families who would have otherwise gone without. Thank you for choosing to support us and our families.
We are so appreciative that you reached out to us and supported us so well at a time when we were worried that we would have to refuse orders. To know that there are organisations such as yours who will stand up and help out where the need is so great is such an uplifting and rewarding gift. ~ Kia Peterson Mums Supporting Families in Need, Australia
Thank you so much for the wonder Christmas Gifts that we received for our tamariki and our caregiver team from your organisation. These gifts went along way to making Christmas a special time for our tamariki.
Without the support of organisations and individuals like yourself we would not be able to do the work we do to care for these beautiful children in our care.” ~ Homes of Hope
Thanks so much for dropping off the presents yesterday Michelle. They have already started heading out the door today to some families. Thank you for helping us to share some Christmas joy with the families we support. It can be a tough time for them so being able to put a smile on the kids faces is wonderful. We wish you all the best for your future endeavours with The One Billion and thank you for thinking of us.
Thank you for your gifts for the refugee families, a wonderful token of love in this festive season. Most of all, thank you for supporting ROC to reach our most vulnerable, blessings on you!
UNICEF Aotearoa is delighted to be partnering with The One Billion on our Te Hiringa Tamariki programme. Covid 19 has highlighted the extreme inequality experienced by young people, both globally and here in Aotearoa. With The One Billion’s support, The Te Hiringa Tamariki programme will reduce implicit bias in the classroom and lift the aspirations of teachers for Māori and Pasifika students. The One Billion Foundation’s investment in this vital work recognises the huge potential of these young people and together we’re excited to see what these talented Rangatahi achieve when they have the best environment to succeed.
